TERMS OF SERVICE

By using DownUnderDrop's services you agree to the following terms:

Our Service
DownUnderDrop operates as a buying concierge and parcel forwarding service. We source, purchase, inspect, and ship goods on behalf of our clients. We are not a retailer and take no responsibility for manufacturer defects, product quality issues, or retailer errors.

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the items you request are legal to import in your country. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government are your responsibility.

Payment
Full payment of item costs, service fees, packaging fees, and shipping costs is required before any order is processed. A 4% payment processing fee applies to all transactions.

Inspection & Dispatch
All items are inspected and photographed upon arrival at our facility before dispatch. This documentation serves as proof of condition at time of shipping.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available upon request. DownUnderDrop strongly recommends insurance for high value items. Once a parcel is dispatched with a carrier, DownUnderDrop's liability ends. We will assist in lodging claims with carriers where possible but accept no financial liability for lost or damaged parcels.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
