REFUND POLICY

Service Fees
Service fees are non-refundable once a service has been performed. This includes concierge fees, forwarding fees, and packaging and handling fees.

Item Costs
Item costs are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf. As a buying concierge, we purchase items based on your specific request and confirmation. We strongly recommend you confirm all details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
All items are inspected and photographed before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged in transit, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier or insurance provider. If shipping insurance was taken out, claims are handled directly with the insurer.

Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in following up with the carrier on your behalf. DownUnderDrop accepts no financial liability for parcels lost after dispatch. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended for all orders.
