Shipping Costs

All international shipping costs are passed through to the customer at exact carrier cost — we do not mark up shipping rates. A final shipping quote is provided once your items are packed and weighed.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available upon request and is strongly recommended for high value items. Once a parcel is dispatched, DownUnderDrop's liability ends with the carrier.

Tracking

All orders are dispatched with tracked priority shipping. A tracking number and carrier details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination country and carrier. Estimated timeframes will be provided at time of dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. DownUnderDrop has no control over customs processing times or charges.
