Concierge Service
You tell us what you want — we source, purchase, and ship it to you.
- Online orders: 12.5% of item cost, $18 AUD minimum charge
- In-store runs: $20 AUD base + $3 AUD per item
Forwarding Service
You shop online yourself using our Australian address — we receive, inspect, and forward it to you.
- $15 AUD handling fee per package
Packaging & Handling
- $8 AUD per order
Pass-Through Costs
These are charged at exact cost — we don't mark them up.

- Exact international shipping (quoted once packed and weighed)
- 4% payment processing fee
