Change of Mind or Sizing Issues

If your item isn't quite right — whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart — we've got your back. While DownUnderDrop purchases items on your behalf based on your confirmed request, we are more than happy to work with you to explore your options.

Where possible, we will:

  • Contact the original retailer on your behalf to enquire about returns or exchanges
  • Arrange return shipping back to the Australian retailer if approved
  • Keep you informed every step of the way until the matter is resolved

What to keep in mind:

  • This returns assistance service is included as part of your original purchase with DownUnderDrop — there is no additional service fee
  • All shipping costs to and from the retailer, plus any store charges, are covered by the customer
  • A small packaging and handling fee of $5 applies to re-dispatched parcels
  • We recommend always double checking sizing guides before confirming your order
